How to get refund from developer for never starting the project?

How difficult or easy is it to obtain a refund from the developer who took installment payments but never made a project, then refused to refund funds for nearly 10 years?

Dear Questioner,

The buyer has full rights to file a case against the developer for termination of sale and purchase agreement and claim compensation for non-performance of the contract and delay caused.

We have dealt with such kinds of cases for many of our clients.

Further, we need to review the Sale and Purchase Agreement to give you appropriate legal advice.

Kindly send us a copy of the Sale and Purchase Agreement at our email. We will review the same and guide you with the next steps.

Thanks

Dear Questioner,

You have the legal right to refund your money, but it’s not a matter of easy or not.

Some cases depend on the quick response from the court or from the opposite party.

In general, your case is not complicated to win.

I assure you I can help if you can trust us to check your documents so that we will know what legal action to take.

I am pleased to help if you contact me on our number or email.

Thank you
