With regard to your query, I just wanted to ask you if in which emirate is your visa before.

If it's in Dubai they have a minimum amount of AED 4,000 in order for you to apply a reduction of fines, you need to prepare a NOC (Arabic) that you do not have any objection to reduce the fine to your family and prepare for a mercy letter (Arabic) asking them to reduce your fine.
