Can you resign when you are still in the probation period?

Good day!

I'm working as a servant with 2 yrs visa but still, I'm under a 6 months probation period and I want to resign.

I'm not happy with the wife of my sponsor because of so much attitude.

Do I need to pay them for the visa of 2 yrs they provide for me?

They are expatriates and my visa was issued last April 26, 2021.

Dear Questioner,

If your contract is limited, then I would suggest you either find an amicable solution to revoke the contract or continue your contract till the end because they can ban you for a year.

If it's unlimited you can drop them a written notice that you are terminating your contract and give them the notice agreed upon your contract, then you are free to go without paying anything.
