Holding the employee's passport and settlement and refusing to cancel visa upon resignation?
I have given the resignation to my company with a notice period of 1 month as mentioned in my offer letter.
But now the company says that neither you will get visa cancellation, nor passport and settlement.
So who do I talk to or what should I do now?

Pursuant to your query, please note that this will depend upon the type of contract you have with your employer - an unlimited or limited-term contract.
In the case that you have complied with the terms of your contract and if your employer refuses to follow the procedures upon your resignation, you can file a complaint against your employer in the labor court.
