Issuing a legal heirs' document in the UAE to be used in India

My father passed away some time back and he has assets in India, like property, etc.
Can we make a legal heirs document in the UAE for use in India?
What are the process and requirements?

You can get the succession certificate from the court and after attestation, you can place it before the country of origin court.

You will have to reverse your suggestion meaning to say you will have to do the inheritance and legal procedures in INDIA and then attest them at the UAE embassy to be used later in the UAE to receive his inheritance in the UAE if any.
UAE succession certificate will not be valid in India and it can be challenged, therefore, the best option for you is to hire a lawyer in India and do legal things in Indian courts so the property can be transferred to the legal heirs.
