Oh, I am Irish and my husband is Saudi, also I am seeking advice re rental contract for my tenant, if possible obtaining 6 months only. We plan to move to Dubai summer 2018. How do I obtain Residence visa as a home owner? I believe our kids can stay there without visa as per GCC. Sorry for all this, that is why I think we need to hire services as opposed to advice. Q: I'm a 63-year-old British National holding two apartments in Dubai; as such, I qualified for a Visa. My understanding was I could be out of the country for one year without returning, however, I've exceeded one year by 25 days (return should have been on 6 Jan 2023). Does this mean my visa will be canceled? Or can I pay some sort of fine at the airport? The Visa is valid until 01/10/2026. So obviously, I don't want to lose it. My visa used to be an investor’s visa, but now I think it's a retirement visa. It can be sent if requested.
