Compensation claim from a hotel after suffering a personal injury for their negligence
I walked into a hotel here in Dubai, and when I got out, I took the glass door in the face, which blew up my nose and then I fell on the floor with my nose pissed blood with cuts on his nose.
The ambulance arrived and they asked me to call in the police, but that could take a long time. With the shock, I did not realize well but on the door, there was no sign that we could not reach it.
The staff told me that it was not the first time that this had happened. I find this super dangerous, so I would like to know what my rights are if I can make a claim against the hotel.

It is very important to report to the police for they have the power to investigate and keep the records of the CCTV in the hotel.
You can take your medical report and report to the police about what happened to you.
If you succeed to prove that the hotel did not follow the safety protocol, you have the right to be compensated for your damages.
