ما الإجراء الواجب اتخاذه في حالة رفض المالك رد وديعة التأمين؟

سيدي العزيز،

لقد انتقلت من الشقة بعد تقديم فترة إشعار. وسلمت المفاتيح مقدمًا قبل (يوم واحد) من انتهاء مدة الإيجار.

يرفض مالك العقار رد وديعة التأمين البالغ قيمتها 5,000 درهم رغم إرسال العديد من رسائل تذكير. المالك مواطن محلي. لا يوجد سوى موظف علاقات عامة والذي يواصل تغيير كلامه.

 ما الإجراء الذي يمكنني اتخاذه لاسترداد أموالي؟

Dear questioner,

If you left the unit in a satisfactory condition as when the unit was handed over to you and you provided the landlord with all the necessary receipts of all paid bills, he is obliged to refund the security deposit.

If he fails to do that, we can serve him with a legal notice.

Considering the amount you need to recover, I would not recommend you to file a lawsuit against him, because it will not make economical sense for you (you will have to pay court fees, translation fees, lawyers fees).

In such a case, you can directly register a case against the landlord with the RDC if this dispute was in Dubai.
