Asking an immigration consultant for security cheque to assure performance

Q: I am a client of an immigration consultant company. I need to know if I can ask them for a security cheque… A: If the agreement lays down that they are liable for a refund if they fail to have issued a visa [whichever or whatever], they shall be obliged to be bound as per such terms…

Dear questioner,

I assume that you have already signed an agreement with them which elaborates both party's rights [you and the consultant] and obligations along with the limitations applicable on such rights and obligations.

If the agreement lays down that they are liable for a refund if they fail to have issued a visa [whichever or whatever], they shall be obliged to be bound as per such terms.

However, you may ask for a security cheque or bank guarantee to assure their performance, but please be noted they are obliged to furnish the same.
