How to confirm that a settlement is reflected on the police system?

Please request your bank to withdraw the case. Once they request a withdrawal, the court will release a clearance letter.

Once you receive the clearance letter, it shall be presented before the concerned police station [in which the initial complaint was filed] to cross-check whether the withdrawal is reflected in their system as well.

Once you get it cleared from there, you may proceed with stamping. I assume this is the reason.
