ما الإجراء الواجب اتخاذه في حالة عدم إمكانية التواصل مع المستأجر؟

إذا تخلف المستأجر لمقر تجاري في مركز دبي المالي العالمي عن دفع الإيجار وكان يتعذر التواصل معه، فما هي الخطوات التي يمكنني اتخاذها بعد إرسال إشعار بخرق العقد وتخلف المستأجر عن التعويض في غضون 30 يومًا من الإشعار المذكور؟

I trust you are doing fine.

With reference to your query, please be advised that if the tenant has failed to pay, you can lodge a claim in the DIFC court.

However, you need to be sure of the exact DIFC Court which you will approach. If the amount is less than 500k, then you need to go to the SCT court but if it is more than this, you can go to the first instance court, except your contract stipulates otherwise.
