The tenant is unreachable. What to do?
If a tenant of a retail lease in the DIFC fails to pay the rent and is unreachable, what steps can I take after serving the notice of breach and the tenant failed to remedy within 30 days of the said notice?

Dear Sir/Madam,
I trust you are doing fine.
With reference to your query, please be advised that if the tenant has failed to pay, you can lodge a claim in the DIFC court.
However, you need to be sure of the exact DIFC Court which you will approach. If the amount is less than 500k, then you need to go to the SCT court but if it is more than this, you can go to the first instance court, except your contract stipulates otherwise.
Should you need further assistance, you can reach me via email or phone.
Regards,
