Removing a travel ban imposed on a daughter during divorce proceeding
Hello,
I did a travel ban for my daughter because I and my husband started a divorce procedure.
Now, the divorce is pronounced and I want to remove the travel ban. How much time it will take? And do I need a letter from my husband if I want to travel with my daughter for vacation?
Thank you!

If you did apply for a travel ban for your daughter, you shall submit an application to the judge and he will remove it.
In event of a travel ban on the daughter as per your husband's request, the husband should apply for removal.
You can travel with the daughter if the husband hasn't put a travel ban on her.
