Q: Hi, Last September I filed a case against my employer as he hasn’t given any of my settlement after my 2 years of service in their company. However, last November 2018 the court ruled in my favour, and up to date, I haven’t received any call from my previous company. Yet, I’m trying to file for execution but this typing centre keeps telling me to come back after a week which is illogical for me because it’s been 2 months since I received the court decision. The first hearing started on 17 Dec 2020, the second on 21 Jan 2021 and ended up 22 Apr 2021. Please note that the employer was not present in any instance.
