The immigration ban cannot be lifted if the offense [Fake passports or visa, Possession of weapons and ammunition, Possession of drugs, Criminal offenses, like murder, Bounced checks, Noncompliance with the UAE Federal Laws] is proved and declared guilty.

If the ban was imposed by mistake, the same can be lifted by presenting relevant documents.
