The procedure of bailing a person in bounced cheque cases
For a cheque case of AED 500,000, a person got the sentence of one month.
1. To get bail, how many passports would be required? On what basis is the passport ascertained to suffice the bail?
2. If the person has served 10 days for a case which was withdrawn upon mutual consent, will these 10 days be clubbed with another case he has?

Further to your query, please be informed that tentatively 2 or 3 guarantors will be sufficient for getting a bail.
Now, moving forward to your second question, please be informed that a period served in prison for one case cannot be clubbed with another case which is based on different facts.
