Is it legal to ask a resignation while I am on leave and they did not initiate termination but asking me to resign? Please also advise, is the company responsible to pay me full gratuity? Q: I was asked to leave by a private bank that I was working for by saying that I have provided wrongful educational information. This happened after 6 years of working for them.
