Legal notice to a debtor before initiating civil proceedings

Hello,

I have a customer to whom our dues are AED 125,000. Our terms were set for a 30-Day PDC, but they have not been able to fulfil it.

Since many months they have been giving false promises to release my payments, but we have not yet received any.

I would like to know the legal charges and court charges to send them a notice.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Before approaching the court, we suggest sending a Legal Notice to your debtor through appointed lawyers.

If there is no response from the opposite party, the next step would be filing a Civil Case in the court.

Please call us for more details regarding the legal fees.

Best regards,

Hi

Can I know what would be the legal charges to send the notice?

Our professional fees for studying the documents, drafting the Legal Notice and sending it to the opposite party will be AED 2000.

In case there is no response from the debtor, the mentioned amount will be included in the legal fees for filing a Civil Case (if you decide to go for this option).
