Visa stamping on passport while having a pending case
Q: Hi I got my employment visa and already changed the status (exit/entry). I'm on a bail due to a bank loan case (now I requested to forward my case to the court). Can I apply for visa stamping on the passport? I heard if you have a current case, you are not allowed to stamp a visa on the passport. Is it correct? Please advise me

The possibility of holding the stamping process of a visa
Q: Dear sir, I have done my medical for a visa. But my company didn't put my visa on the stamping process till now. Is there any way to hold my stamping process? I got my medical insurance. But whenever I ask about my visa stamping and process, they say "you will get it today". How do I know that they started the process or not yet?

Q: Immigration mistakenly canceled my visa and gave me a ban due to mistaken identity or so. When I wanted to travel to my country I found that about it. Now I am in the UAE and I want to remove the ban and make a new visa, but I don't know how to go about it.

How to return to the UAE after deportation for similarity in names?
Q: I was living in the UAE for 17 years with my family. I was doing business and very happy until in 2020 I was stopped at Dubai Airport and sent back to my county. They told me I have a problem with another name. Anyone can help me? I gave one typing shop who told me he can clear bring me back to Dubai. He took advance AED 27000 and now not responding. Please help, I want justice.

Federal Law No. (8) of 1980 Concerning the Regulation of Labor Relations
The provisions of this Law, known as "UAE Labour Law", govern the relationship between employers and employees and other labour matters in the United Arab Emirates. There are special labour related regulations applicable in some of the free zones in the UAE.

Ministerial Decree No. (766) of 2015 On Rules and Conditions for Granting a Permit to a Worker for Employment by a New Employer
By this Decree Ministry of Labour of the UAE has removed the six-month labour ban for those who changed the job before completing two years of service. Labour ban will be still applicable for workers that qualify for skill level 4 and 5 under various circumstances.

Can I cancel my house sale contract without extra fees after personal plans changed?
Dear Lawyers, I signed a Form F with a buyer for the sale of my house as we were planning to leave the country. The contract was signed about a month ago, but the handover is not until August. Due to personal circumstances changing, we are no longer leaving Dubai and would like to cancel Form F. The Form F contract stipulates that we have to pay the buyer 10% of the purchase value. The real estate agent is now claiming that we also have to pay the buyer's real estate commission and the conveyancing fee. Our understanding is that the 10% penalty is the only penalty. Which is correct, and what are the next steps to dispute this? Also, is there any way to dispute the 10% itself under the law due to personal circumstances changing?

Can the landlord evict me from apartment for personal use if he lives in his own property?
The owner sent me a notice by email saying that he doesn't want to renew the contract for the purpose of personal use. He didn't mention what this personal use means. He already has multiple houses for rent and he has his own which he is living in currently. Is it legal to evict me? Thanks
