Can you request an arrest warrant for manager to force payment in the execution?

I have won a labor case against my company in the appeal court for non-payment of dues. I have also filed for execution.

Can I please get some clarity on what happens once the execution is filed?

It has been more than 3 weeks since it’s filed. I was told that I can file for the arrest of the manager now.

However, I’m not clear on what happens next.
