Closing a branch office of a foreign company in the UAE
Is there a required specific format of the board resolution for closing a branch office in the UAE?
Or Any format and content of the board of resolution to dissolve a branch office are acceptable in UAE?
Our company in the UAE is a foreign branch of a company in Korea and now we have to close the branch office here in the UAE.

Yes, there is as long as the branch has a separate license in the UAE.

As per your query, there is no specific format for such kind of Board Resolution, however, if it is in the Korean language, then it must be translated into Arabic, with the translator's stamp.
The resolution should mention the above-referred intention and be signed by at least 75% majority of shareholders or as mentioned in the memorandum.
