What is the maximum time for execution of a labor case?

What is the maximum time for a labor execution?

In my case, both the First Court & Court of Appeal ruled in my favor. The execution court started the procedure and my ex-employer did not respond.

Then the court sent messages to various banks and the government to block the licenses. It has been 3 weeks but still no progress.

How long do I have to wait?

Also, my ex-employer has again made a petition for review of the order of the Court of appeal.

What would happen next and how long do I have to wait?

Kindly advise!

Unlimited time!

It depends on the assets your employer has.

My employer is one of the largest companies in Dubai.

They have tangible assets. But still delaying. First Court, Court of Appeal both ruled in my favor. Also, the petition my employer raised was rejected.

So now how much time?

First of all, I recommend you assign a law firm to proceed with your execution matter.

Executions are so sensitive issues and need to be closely followed by expertise,

Second, if you have already assigned an expert to look after this matter, you should know that to execute, there are two ways.

If the employer sent his representative to pay the amount directly to the court, that won't take any time.

If the employer didn't take any action in this regard, that may take some time to draft an order on petition to detain his properties and to investigate his bank accounts and his assets, that takes time in terms of reply from the authorities, usually, in this case, it takes 3 to 6 months.
