Withdrawing a case filed against an employer

After filing a case against my employer in the labor court, can I cancel my application/withdraw the case?

Yes, you can by not showing in the next hearing.

If the next hearing is for judgment, ask the judge to reopen the pleading session to submit documents related to the case.

Have a deal of an agreement with your employer and submit it to the system. The judg will remove the case for the amicable settlement.
