راتب الإجازة في حالة العمل طوال العام دون إجازة
سيدتي،
أريد أن أعرف، في عقد العمل محدد المدة، إذا لم يحصل الموظف على إجازة بعد عام واحد من الخدمة بسبب نقص الموظفين في الشركة أو لأي مشكلة أخرى مثل فيروس كورونا، هل سيحصل الموظف، عند انتهاء التأشيرة بعد عامين، على راتب الإجازة بالإضافة إلى مكافأة نهاية الخدمة؟

Thank you for contacting me!
As per the UAE labor law, you are entitled to receive your annual leave for a maximum period of 2 years.
Please read art. 79 wherein it is mentioned that:
"A worker who is dismissed or who leaves his job after the period of notice prescribed by law shall be paid for any accrued annual leave days. Such payment shall be calculated on the basis of the worker’s wage as on the date when the leave became due."
