Termination of a limited contract and entitlement for gratuity
Dear Madam,
Please advise.
If an employee terminates the limited contract before its expiry date, is he entitled for gratuity/leave salary/air ticket?
He had completed only 14 months.

Dear Questioner,
Thanks for contacting me online.
If an employee terminates the limited contract before the expiry date, he is not eligible for any benefits like gratuity, leave salary and ticket.
Instead, the employee has to pay 45 days salary as compensation to the employer if the employer makes a claim for it.
Hope it is clear for you now.
