Dear Questioner,

Absolutely we can assist you to get a PCC. We have to get a notarized and attested POA to be able to act on your behalf.

We will check your criminal system in the UAE first. If your name is clear and there are no cases imposed on your name so we can issue the PCC for you.

If there are any cases in your name so we have to settle them first then start to proceed with issuing PCC.

If you are interested in the aforementioned, please feel free to contact us via email or phone.

Thanks!

Dear Client,

Thanks for your query!

I hope you are fine. I will definitely help in your matter. If there is any case filed against you then your PCC application will be rejected.

So, I would suggest you a step-by-step procedure. First, undertake an inspection of police records to understand how many cases and judgments (if any) are there against you.

Second, take a step to clear the case in UAE.

Third, once the case is cleared from the system, You can apply for the PCC.

For further information, you can write an email or call Whatsapp. We have a good team of Local Emirati Lawyers to handle all kinds of cases. I am happy to help you.

You can fix a personal meeting at our office.

Thanks and Regards,
