Returning to Dubai where there are unsettled loans

I have lost my job in February 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic with a 38k auto loan and 21k as a credit card.

Now I want to come back to Dubai.

What consequence I have to face?

Do I need to pay a fine to avoid detention or need to pay bail after arrest?

Hi Questioner,

Regarding your inquiry, firstly we have to check if there is any cheque or loan case against you.

After that, we can guide you with a procedure to clear your case and get you clearance from the police.

For that, you need to assign us a power of attorney to proceed on your behalf.

For more details, please contact us via phone.

Kind regards,

In the event you are unsure of the existence of any cases filed by the bank against you, we can run a quick background check in order to see if there are any pending or present cases or travel ban against you.

Kindly note that we can assist and represent you to settle the matter before the bank if you give us a POWER OF ATTORNEY.

Reach us via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
