The application of a travel ban due to offensive language
Hello,
In case someone complains to the police for offensive language / bad words in the UAE, is there any immediate travel ban against the offender?
Or in general, is there any travel ban if the case is open for such an offense?
If yes, then at what stage of the case the offender cannot leave the UAE?

Hi,
In most cases, the arrest warrant or the travel ban will not be applied immediately; such cases need an opinion from the public prosecution first before that action and when they are convinced about the offense, they shall apply it.
