Criminal case for harassment and the way for proving innocence

My brother is a porter. He is carrying water to homes. While he was going to the lift, there was a little girl and she is our elder brother's daughter age.

My brother touched her but not like an abuse. He loves children a lot, but that girl (10 years old) and her father told that my brother kissed her (but he did not kiss) and touched her likewise.

Now he's at the police staion. I need to know what kind of punishment he will get and how can we reduce that punishment.

We would like if he can be deported to our country.

Please help me.

Dear Questioner,

Further to your brother issue, I would like to answer your two questions.

1- The punishment will be 6 months jail plus deportation, according to Article no. 358, of the Federal Criminal Law of the UAE.

2- If you want to reduce the punishment, we can be his attorney and defend him strongly until we get his innocence.

In this case, once we approve his innocence, we can suite a criminal action against the daughter's father for false action, and get the relevant compensation from them regarding the civil law.

For any further inquiries, please do not be hesitate to contact me on my mobile: 0507893447.

Thank you.

Sir, my parents are in Sri Lanka and I am in New Zealand. I heard the news from my brother.

According to him, this story changes. My brother and that girl went in the same lift. When she went, my brother said bye to her and when he was giving water bottles to homes, suddenly the police came and arrested him.

When it happened, my brother told them to check the CCTV camera. He told them there was no wrong CCTV but again and again, that french man complained.

Also, the police forced him to accept being guilty. My brother is a well-educated man. He rejected all complains.

The Sri Lankan Bureau of Foreign Employment said there was something in the CCTV, but we have a doubt about this.

We do not know if it's a real video or a fake one. I need advice from you. My brother is telling he cannot go to jail without doing any wrong.

What should we do?

We have the power to bring him out from the jail until the completion of the investigation.

Please send me his full name, and which police station he is staying on my Whatsapp no. 00971507893447.

I will make a visit to him and listen to him carefully about the real story, and you will hear good news after that.
