The rights of husband in case of KHUL demand by wife
In case of KHUL demand by wife, do I as a husband have the right to ask for compensation for all the expenses incurred during marriage and return of our gold given during marriage including mahr and money spent during marital life?

You cannot demand mahr if you are applying for khula. Khula will be given by the courts based on substantial proofs and evidence.
Domestic violence/Physical abuse should be proven by a medical report taken after the abuse took place.

The mahr can be asked back by the husband. The husband does not need to accept the Khul, in this case, the wife can request the court for the same.
Domestic and verbal abuse are serious offenses in the UAE. Phone recordings cannot be used as proof unless the other party has consented to such a recording.
The husband can claim custody of the children under certain grounds. Divorce can be initiated in India as well as the UAE, under Shariah Law since you are Muslims.
You can request the court to obtain a travel ban for the kids.
