How to settle a salary transfer loan in court?
I have just lost a job with three months of garden leave till 30th June 2021. The salary transfer loan amounts to AED 600,000 outstanding.
There is of course a signed blank cheque given to the bank. What options do I have to settle the loan with the bank?
My preference would be to go to court and fight against the bank to settle.

As per your question, please note that as you have given the blank cheque, with the outstanding amount, they will put a travel ban, which you can do the procedure to fight the criminal travel ban case.
Also, they can put a civil case upon you. If you want to fight against the bank in court, you can. However, as you have no job, it is better to settle with the bank firstly.
We can proceed in both ways since our expertise is in banking settlements.

Dear Client,
Good day!
You need to settle your debts with the bank. You can have a settlement meeting with the bank to discuss the plan for the repayment.
Whereas, you can take your salary by cheque or in another bank account so that you can possibly negotiate the terms of a settlement with the bank.
