How to get the deposit returned from a canceled project?

Unfortunately, for the Cancel Committee, there are 2 Committees: one is Special Committee where the project is virtually canceled & the other is Tanmiya Committee where the new investors are on board.

However, we need to see whether the project that you paid money for is in a cancel committee or in Tanmiya Committee.

If it's a cancel committee, we need to make sure that a liquidator will be appointed. We need to wait for the liquidator to be appointed to proceed further.

If it's a Tanmiya Committee, then we need to wait who is the new investors on board. Therefore, we need to add the name of the investor and we can file the suit, get a refund and compensation thereof.
