Initiating the proceedings of a divorce case
Dear Sir,
I would like to initiate divorce proceedings as I have the condition to divorce myself in the Jordanian marriage contract.
Do you provide this service? And if so, what is the cost?

The annulment of marriage, divorce, alimony, and other matters of personal status are under the jurisdiction of the courts.
Otherwise, it is the jurisdiction of the regular and private courts.
So, I suggest that you forward this question to one of the Shari'a lawyers or present your case and follow it with the General Fatwa Department.
