Al-Sharif Hasan bin Ali

Hasan bin Ali is Managing Partner of Arab Legal Consulting Office (ALCO), Amman, Jordan. Hassan is an attorney and arbitrator, with experience as an in-house counsel and as a sole practitioner. His background and experience make him ideal for his practice areas as a corporate generalist attorney providing preemptive legal support in English or Arabic with the focus on corporate matters, M&A, contracts drafting, commercial litigation and liquidating companies. Hassan graduated from Amman Private University with a B.A. in Law. He is licensed to practice law in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Hassan is also a member of the International Law Association. During his career, Hasan served as a Corporate Secretary and an in-house counsel heading the Corporate Affairs departments and handling corporate, business and commercial matters. He started his own practice representing individuals and businesses in the areas of corporate, companies, investment, mergers & acquisitions. In addition to his law practice, Hasan serves as an arbitrator in the areas of business and corporate matters.
