I never missed a single EMI to the bank and had good records. But I lost my job, so had to come back to India. I replied to the bank by email that if they block my visa then how can I find a job in Dubai and how should I pay my outstanding balance on the personal loan. I can pay my loan only if I get a job in the UAE... Please help me with your advice, I can pay the outstanding only if I work in GCC. I can't afford to pay from India. I want to pay my outstanding and clear it. Can the bank give me NOC to work in Dubai and pay their loan? And I want to know, is it possible if I go to Saudi Arabia and do a job and pay my installments to the bank in the UAE?

Q: I have a loan with UAE bank: 1 credit card outstanding value is 22,000 AED & one personal loan around 85,000 AED. I lost my job on Jun 2016. From there I unable to pay my EMI (6 months). Bank is not agreeing for settlement plan as per my request. Now they are saying they are going to file a case.Now my doubt, if I get a job in GCC other than UAE, will police catch me in the airport in any GCC? Q: Property under dispute: 1BHk, Legrand Chateau, JVC. Original value purchased in 2008: AED 1.3M. Loan amount, ADCB: AED 900,000 Downpayment made: AED 450,000 including all transfer and bank fees. In 2009-2010, the rental agreement and PoA were handed to the bank, since we were leaving the UAE. Mr.Vald, a Russian tenant, started defaulting on the rent after 3/4 of the year. We told the bank, you use the PoA in your power, and we look for an alternative tenant from India. We could not come as we have just restarted our career here. In 2010-12, the tenant has stayed free as the bank has not used the PoA to renew the rental agreement. In 2012, the bank put a Dubai Court seal on the flat. 6 months later in 2012 end onwards, the bank has deployed some other tenant started collecting rent on our behalf. Now, it's not incorporating the rental income in the outstanding (AED 792,000D). The annual rent then was AED 55k. An email sent by bank mentions potential travel ban. We want to know if this is valid already and inclusive of GCC, as we need to travel in the next 2 days. Can we get a status update on this?

Q: I got terminated from employment because I was arrested in 2015 and jailed for 30 days for purchasing alcohol without a police alcohol license for individuals. I had a credit card loan in the amount of AED 130,000 dirhams which I was paying on a monthly basis until I lost my job. After I was released from jail, my passport was held for 3 months with the Dewan. When I got my passport, I immediately left the UAE without paying the loan or canceling my visa. The Debt is around 300,000 with interest + late fees +over credit limit fees + so many added fees + Etisalat around AED 270. Will I get arrested at Doha airport and extradited to the UAE?

Q: Salam, I received an email from a company in the UAE - which is a collection agency - informing me that I had a travel ban and arrest warrant issued in the UAE for an unpaid loan a week ago. I currently live in the US. I have sent them many emails asking them how can I pay or make installments to settle this amount of 332,430 dirhams. Q: Hello Mam. Good day. I have a Sharjah Muincipility case against me for rent of 18,000. The original rent was 6000, however, claim all 18,000 for the year. He also claims to have issued an execution or warrant against me. I am here in my country and received a job offer in Qatar. A Qatari visa is issued as well. Will I be arrested in Qatar and sent back to the UAE? I am negotiating with the landlord and will close this issue as soon as I am on the job. I would really appreciate your guidance on this. This Law promulgates the Federal Penal Code (Criminal Law) of the United Arab Emirates. Crimes and chastisement punishments shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of this Law and other penal codes.
