Absolutely, yes you have the right to do any transaction from USA company to UAE company bank accounts.

But, you will be entitled to produce documents if the bank calls you any time to do a check or required review.

Apparently, you have to proceed with bank transactions with more safety and apparent documents and these funds should be considered as dividends.
