Removing a partner from the trade license due to being unreachable
Partner Missing:
In our civil company, one of the legal partners, holding 25% share, is outside the country since May 2013 and is unreachable.
The local partner has 25% share and I (an ex-pat) have 50% share.
Is there any way through which we can remove him from the trade license?

Dear Client,
Good day!
Yes, it is possible and you can do that. You have to file the case in court.
First, you have to call for a board meeting with the same email address that you use to contact the partner.
If he doesn't come within 15 days, you can pass a board resolution.
After that, you have to go to the court and ask for removing him as a partner because you cannot remove him without his signature in the Economic Department.

Thank you!
