لقد وقّعت عقد عمل محدد مدته عامين بصفتي مدير الموارد البشرية.
هل يمكنني الاستقالة قبل تاريخ انتهاء العقد للعمل لدى شركة أخرى؟

Dear questioner,
Trust you are well.
You can always resign under a limited-term contract, but you will be considered liable for the earlier termination, and in such a case, you must pay compensation to your employer for the termination.
The amount of compensation may not exceed half a month's pay for three months or for the remaining period of the contract, whichever is shorter unless the terms of the agreement provide otherwise.
At the same time, you may lose your end-of-service benefits.
