Q: My friend has left the UAE without resigning… A: Must probably the employer filed an absconding case against her, since she did not cancel her visa before departure. If the employer filed an absconding case against her, she cannot travel to the UAE because she will be caught in the airport…

Was she employed under a limited or an unlimited contract?
