هل يحق لصاحب العمل الحد من عدد أيام الإجازة السنوية للموظفين؟

With the reference to your above question, according to article 75 of the UAE Labor Law, the employee shall for each year of service, be entitled to an annual leave not less than:

1) 2 days in a month, where the service period is more than 6 months but less than 1 year.

2) 30 days per year, where the worker's period is more than 1 year.
