The procedure of filing a civil case for bounced cheque

If I hire a lawyer, is there a way that I can directly pay a fine to the court and not to be required to go to the police station (as per the procedure) to get my case cleared?

Is it possible to do so? or going to the station and surrendering is the only option?

Please suggest.

Going to the Police Station and surrendering is mandatory for Criminal cases!

Can they apply for a civil case on me again? Have heard that for a civil case, the minimum value should be AED 100,000.

Please note that they can apply for the civil case against you.

It will not be before the Dubai Courts. It will be before another department of the court and their report can be taken directly to execution.

Paying the fine does not entail you a safe escape to your debts.
