Responsibility for a rented apartment maintenance in case of water leak
We have a leak from our kitchen tap, the whole tap needs replacing. I have a bucket catching the water which is about 3 inches every day.
I have reported to the landlady and they sent somebody out, but she is not authorising the repair. It is a month now, what are my rights?

With the reference to your question, kindly be advised, that according to article 16, law no.26, 2007 Landlord and Tenants regulations, unless agreed otherwise by parties, the landlord shall be responsible for the property maintained works and for repairing any breakdown or defect that affects the tenants' staying.
You need to check in your lease contract if any conditions there regarding the maintains that you might be responsible for.
