Transferring the property of a deceased to his heirs

You need to make a succession certificate in the UAE court, get power of attorney from all the legal heirs and file an application in the inheritance court for all his property situated in the UAE.

The court will take all records and order the concerned authority to transfer them to you or the legal heirs. Same for the car, the court will order RTA
