Dear Questioner,

What we understand is you have a bounced the cheque of the opposite party to the transaction. If so, you can file a case on the basis of the cheque.

You can call us on the phone to discuss the matter in detail.

Regards.

Dear Questioner,

According to the law, you have the right to open a lawsuit for performance order on the bounced cheque, preceded by a legal notice of payment. You can contact us by email for help.

Dear Questioner,

From your message, I understand that you were involved in a transaction, and the other party issued a cheque in your name. You have deposited the cheque to the bank and the cheque got bounced.

In this situation I advise you the following:

1. File a criminal complaint about the bounced cheque, against the person who issued it. In this way, a travel ban will be imposed automatically against his name and he will not be able to enter UAE (if he is outside) or exit the UAE (if he is inside).

2. If you want to recover the money, file a lawsuit against him to the Dubai Court (or the Court mentioned in the contract you sign - if any).

In case you need my assistance, please feel free to approach me at.

Best Regards,

Raluca Gatina.
