Setting up contracting firm in Dubai

I'm interested in starting a contracting firm (B class or C class contractor) in Dubai.

What will be the approximate cost for the same and what documents do I need to proceed?

Professional fee: since you need two approvals which are time-consuming it can be in the range of AED 25,000 to AED 35,000 plus depending on the experience and expertise and brand name of the consultant.

Government fees: AED 22,000 plus.

Documents required for a Commercial License:

1. Statement of sponsored staff from Ministry of Labour.
2. A copy of office tenancy contract in Dubai certified by Ejari.
3. A copy of labor camp tenancy contract in Dubai.
4. Recent Photograph.
5. Passport copy and qualification certificates.

Building Contracting (UL) - Bachelor of Civil Engineering - 10 years;

Building Contracting (G+12) - Bachelor of Civil Engineering - 7 years;

Building Contracting (G+4) - Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Architecture - 5 years;

Building Contracting (G+1) - Bachelor of Civil Engineering/Architecture or Civil Technician Diploma - 3-year and 5-year Bachelor's Diploma;
