Dear questioner,

If you have been a resident of the UAE, the authorities in Canada may request a Police Clearance Certificate from the UAE.

Having a bounced cheque in the UAE, in most cases, translates to having a travel ban as well. If you do have a travel ban, you can not request the Police Clearance Certificate from the UAE.

Before taking any decision, you may check with the Canadian authorities what documents are requested for your application.

If you would like to proceed with a travel ban check in the UAE, you may email me.
