Suing the father for discrimination between kids of different wives
Hi,
I’m 19 years old from the UAE. My parents are divorced and my father is married to a 2nd wife. He has 7 children with her.
So basically back then when I was 14, my dad opened a bank account for my stepbrothers and stepsisters providing them 1500 monthly but not me.
He recently bought my stepsister a german car and provided me with a very low budget. He also owns a company which he hired all of my biological sisters and my stepsister which is also 19.
So my question is can I file a case against him? And if yes, what would be the outcome?
Dear Questioner,
Absolutely yes, you can file a case against him regarding unfair alimony he is providing to you and the outcomes will be in your favour definitely.
We can assist you legally to sue him before the personal status court. Please let us know in which emirate you are living and where is his company located.
Please feel free to contact us further on email so then we can discuss in details and provide you with more relevant legal advice related to your issue.
Thanks.
