I have unpaid debts and to my knowledge, there are police cases against me from the banks due to bounced cheques and that will prevent me from obtaining a police certificate from the UAE.

I am asking to obtain a report/document stating what are these cases and therefore it is why I am unable to get a police certificate.

Can someone get a police certificate or good conduct certificate if he/she has unpaid debts and a bounced cheque police case against them?

Kindly clarify how is it possible that you will be able to help with getting a police certificate while there's a bounced cheque police case against me?

You need to clear these financial cases in order to obtain a PCC.

Right now, I can't seek to settle the debt with the banks as I simply don't have the money to do so.

Since I can't obtain a police certificate, from what I read here on the platform that I can run a check or an inquiry at the courts/or police station to get a document/report showing the cases filed against me.

What I need is since I can't get a police certificate I should submit why I can't get a police certificate from the UAE to the immigration authorities here.

What do you call this? A travel ban check/arrest warrant?

The document I am looking to obtain from the UAE is a document/report or whatever it is called showing what cases are against me and who's the plaintiff.
