How to appeal judgement against a company in the absence of the owner

One of our employees has filed a labour case against our company in the absence of the owner. The owner is in India since March and at present, he is tested corona positive.

Now we want to appeal that case, how can we appeal the case in the absence of the actual owner?

Does the local sponsor have the right to appeal?

Please advise me on what to do.

You can ask your owner to get in touch with us and give us the POA (Power of Attorney) so we can appeal, attend hearings and proceed further.

There are time limitations in labour cases for appeal after the period is over, there might not be a possibility to appeal. I'd suggest you get a qualified lawyer in this area ASAP.

Dear Client,

Good day!

You need to provide us with the proof that the person has Corona Virus. Let him get a Medical Certificate from India.

A copy is sufficient to be submitted to Court and the original can be attested and submitted to the Court in due course. It gives a just reason for not to be present in the court.

For further assistance, please feel free to contact us on our phone or send an email.

Thank you.
