The time frame for the execution of a labour judgement in case of appeal
I have won a case in Dubai labour court against my employer. The court has given the verdict in my favour and ordered the company to pay me AED 75,000 with a return ticket.
But my employer has filed a complaint against the verdict in the appeal court. My questions are,
How much time will it take?
What documents do I have to provide?
When can I get my dues?
Please reply to me. I'm sitting jobless at my room, with no money from the last 6 months. I'm in great trouble. Please reply ASAP.
Best regards

Dear Questioner,
Have you received the notification of the first hearing from the court?
During the first hearing, if the court finds out no merits, the same will be rejected. Once it is rejected you may file immediately for execution.
Sometimes the court may appoint an expert to understand more details of the case. The time frame depends upon so many factors as mentioned above.
Please provide me more details of the matter so that I can advise you accurately. Please feel free to contact me if you need any further information, assistance or guidance.
Thank you.
